Mix Delivery
Multitracks submitted must be in .WAV format at the highest quality possible such as 24bit or 32bit (32bit preferred)
Please provide any notes/ideas/suggestions upfront that can be useful for the song. A conversation about needs and wants beforehand will go a long way!
Please clearly label your project name in the following format: SongName_ArtistName_BPM (example: IWasYourGhost_HumanOffline_112BPM)
Please ensure all individual tracks are the same length
If desired, send 2 sets of files in different folders: “wet” files with your effects/processing and “dry” files without any effects/processing (EQ, compression, delay, reverb, etc.)
Please disable any limiters you have in your mix
Please ensure all tracks are properly labeled (for example, your “Kick” stem should be labeled “Kick/Main Kick” instead of “Audio_1”)
If submitting vocal tracks, please ensure ALL vocals are properly tuned before you send vocal tracks. If you need your vocals tuned, additional fees will apply.
Please send your audio tracks through a digital file transfer service such as WeTransfer (it’s free, easy to use, and the best one out there!)
Mastering Delivery
Files submitted must be at least 44.1k / 16bit, 24bit, or 32bit (32bit is preferred) as a stereo audio file
Note: if you are in need of an Apple Digital Master, I am on the Providers List and will happily provide you with the required ADM file format.
Please provide any notes/ideas/suggestions upfront that can be useful for the song
Please disable any limiters you have on the mix bus or master output. If you have other plug-ins that are contributing to the tonal feel of the song (e.g. EQ, compressor, saturator, etc.), please state so in advance to further discuss
Please ensure there’s 3-6dB of headroom on your master output before sending the audio file. If you’re not sure how to achieve this, just say so and you will be walked through it (YouTube can also assist you in export tutorials for whichever DAW you are using)
Please send your audio file(s) through a digital file transfer service such as WeTransfer (it’s free, easy to use, and the best one out there!)
Lastly, please state if you need multiple file formats of the mastered file such as: 16/24/32bit Lossless WAVs, -1dB True Peak, 320kbps MP3, etc. I do not charge extra for requested file formats.
